HelloFresh’s Office Assistant, Workplace Operations will be responsible for supporting the reception function at our NYC office. The Office Assistant is the first impression of HelloFresh for every employee, visitor, and guest who walks through our NYC HQ doors. Reception & Employee Experience Own the front desk, M-F 8:00am-4:30/5:00pm Be the warm, professional first point of contact for all employees, visitors, and guests arriving at the office Manage all incoming employee tickets and inquiries with urgency and care Answer and screen incoming calls, escalating appropriately to channels like HRHelp Welcome new joiners and help set them up for Day 1 success Keep reception clean and organized -- it should always look ready for company Office Operations Lead all mail, deliveries, drop-offs, and pick-ups Support employee security badging, own badge tracking Assist with coordinating onsite vendor and maintenance visits in partnership with the Office Lead, Security, and building management Help organize employee-facing events and own catering orders. Manage and maintain confidentiality of all incoming mail You are...
